Happy New Year to all our ministry friends and partners!! What an exciting time it is to be alive, and more than that, to be saved! I daily thank God for Jesus, and Jesus for His gift of salvation! What amazing love hath the Father for us! He gave His Son, and His Son gave His life!!

We enter this new year hopeful for a better future. Much has been prophesied and declared concerning the new year and indeed concerning our individual destinies. I won't begin to add to what has already been spoken. Suffice it to say, this will be a banner year!

We look to continue furthering the cause of Anointed One Ministries, moving and developing the ministry of Repaireres of the Breach Christian Center, and forming the Issachar Institute. I've said it before, and I'll say it again, where has the year gone?! Can you believe we are just days away from 2012?!? Time has truly flown by!!! Have you been a faithful steward of the time He's allotted you?! What goals have you accomplished, what milestones have been reached?

How would you rate this year? For many of you this year has been filled with challenges, obstacles, disappointments, and heart breaking moments. For others, its been a joyful year, overflowing with blessings and progressions. No matter your view or experience, I challenge you to count it all joy!! I know its easier to count it all joy when you've experienced mostly joyous encounters, but even in the face of tragedy, count it all joy!!

No matter, what you've experienced heretofore, I want to admonish you to finish strong!! That's right, finish strong!! Inspite of the joys and pains, triumphs and failures, we must finish strong! Boldly dare to face down the last moments of 2011 and enjoy it!!! Refuse to let anger, hurt, or disappointment rule over these precious moments.

Truly we have alot to be thankful for! This has been an absolutely amazing year! God has been faithful to us! I'm thankful for each of you. To my AOM staff, we could not do this without you! To our ROTBCC family, I'm excited about our futures, thanks for connecting with us and trusting our voice and vision! To every supporter, every covenant partner, we are forever grateful for your continued financial and spiritual contributions.

Pastor Sylvarena and I are amazed at the love you have shown us these past  few months. Words can not adequately express the depth of our appreciation for all that you do!

Let me leave you with this thought! Let us press on towards perfection!! We were not made for mediocrity!! God has and does intend for us to live extraordinary lives. He has placed so much in us. He aids us in this lofty intention and aspiration. While we are housed in this mortal body, perfection eludes us. Thankfully, He has promised to perfect that which concerns or pertains to us!!! Let Him perfect you!

I am constantly amazed at the grace of God! His love for us is absolutely mind blowing! What manner of love hath the Father for His children! I hope and pray that the twilight of 2011 finds you blessed and hopfully expectant of the fulfilment of every promise. To you and I time may be running out, but to our infinite God, time is no obstacle. Hold on steadfastly to the promises of God, for He is not slack concerning His promises!

While I remain in this vein and thought of time, let us be ever mindful not to waste time! Get busy! Do what God has assigned you to do. Occupy until He comes!! We often let the cares of life and the many obstacles placed in front of us hinder us from reaching our goals. No, let me recant that, we let obstacles stop us from even attempting to begin the work of reaching our goals.

We must determine not to let anything stop us! I have discovered that the most frequent obstacle we encounter is ourselves. We are great procrastinators. Delay can be the greatest enemy of destiny! Reluctance to go toward the promise can cause extended stays in the wilderness!!! Settle and determine within yourself that you won't let you stop you!!!

Even in light of all these truths, there are times in life when we need the strength of others to accomplish our goals. If that's you, consider partnering with this ministry! Together we can do mighty exploits!!! As my bishop says, "many hands, make much work easy!" There is much work yet to do, but with your assistance, we can ease the effort!!! What an awesome and mighty God we serve! September is truly a prophetic month of change and transformation. We can not allow the failures of the past nor the bad choices of the present to make us miss this season of shifting!! Say this with me, "I will not be stopped from possessing my inheritance!" Even if I am the obstacle, I will not be stopped!!!

Several transformative things take place this month! We are approaching the Jewish High Holy days, the days of Awe are upon us. This time signifies the end and beginning of the Jewish Civil calendar! In other words, this is the end of the old season and the beginning of  the next, now, new, and best season of your life! I am excited and stirred with prophetic anticipation about what these days shall reveal for the believer!

The Apostle Paul encouraged us to forget those things that are behind us, and press towards what lies ahead. While we must not forget from whence we've come, we can not allow the memory of past failures or successes to make us reluctant to move further into the goals He has set before us. We have experienced much since we posted last month's blog. The bittersweet moments of change, growth, and maturity have become our new normal. We humbly embrace the will of God and the task set before us.

Having addressed these personal issues, let us press on to encourage you! This is an awesome time to be alive! So much is happening behind the scenes, it is excited to see the hand of God manifest in the lives of His people. We are in a very prophetic time. The decree of God concerning your next move is released in this season. Set your hearts and minds to hear God. Push the plate back and put aside your agendas. Take the time to position yourself to hear mind blowing news. Relelation, information, and instruction will be given to you! Hear ye the Word of the Lord in this hour. He has much to share with you!

I am always excited to greet you in these monthly postings! God has been so faithful to us and His faithfulness is manifested through your acts of love and kindness towards us! We eagerly await what God has instore for each of you!

Well, we find ourselves one month closer to the end of the year. Six months have gone by and six months lie ahead! What have you accomplished with the time that has already expired? Have you been busy about the work of the Kingdom, or has life distracted you from making any strides and inroads into your destiny? It is not to suggest that we simply ignore our day to day operational needs, but life has a way of choking the hope and ambition for a brighter day right out of your heart!! If you look over the past six months and lament that you have not progressed as far as you could have, fear not!!! God has you on His mind!! We are assured that He will equip us to redeem the time!!!!

Refuse to allow the mistakes of the past to torment you as you advance towards your purpose and destiny! Shake it off and leave it behind!! We must go on to perfection! He will restore and you will redeem!!! Be encouraged to know that great things lie ahead for you!

Wow!!! We are already in the sixth month of the year!!! Again I ask, where has the time gone? Have you made the most of the time you've been given? As the old adage says, "time waits for no man." Effective time management is a must in this fast-paced society. The speed of life has directly affected the church, causing her leaders to streamline services and reduce weekly functions. All in the name of convenience and efficiency! What a shame and what an unfortunate reality.

Technology has afforded us swift access to whatever we desire, but has conversely inhibited our interpersonal relationships. We are no longer available for face to face fellowships with our family and friends. We have relegated our connections to  brief moments of non substantive greetings and pleasantries!

Take this month to reconnect with those closest to you. Make yourself available and accessable to the local church and the Kingdom at large! Stretch out this month!! As I've been rehearsing in your hearing for the past few months, connection, connection, connection!!

Greetings to all our friends and partners! I am excited to announce the word of the Lord to us this month! If you have the faith to believe it, May will be a month of miracles for you!!! Yes, this is your Miraculous May!!! Faith must be alive and operative in your life to activate and acceess this realm of power! We find ourselves holding on to the promises of God and speaking forth what He has spoken to us!

Have you ever wondered why things have not, or are not, manifesting for you? Could it be you are not speaking the word of life over and into your situation?! Your mouth is a gate, and things spoken in heaven, must be spoken in the earth. Your mouth provides legal access to your promises. Without this spoken utterance, faith can not come. Without faith, there can be no manifestation, and without faith it is impossible to please the Lord!!

What are you believing God for?!?! What has He promised you?!? Let us bind our faith with your faith, and believe God with you for supernatural miraculous manifestations!! Grace and peace be multiplied unto you!! Again I find myself late posting this month's Leaders' Heart! What an exciting time we find ourselves in! This season of Passover and the celebration of Jesus' death, burial, and resurrection is absolutely transformative!!! Truly He got up and is alive and well, seated at the right hand of the Father!

I'm going to let the season speak for itself and keep this month's entry brief! Let me encourage you, in this season of miracles, all things are possible! He died so that we might live!! He took our place, paid the price for sin, and by His stripes we are healed! This is the core of the Gospel message!
